HIRING SERVICES & SPONSORSHIPS
Haryana Tourism is hosting 3rd Pinjore Heritage Festival from 3rd
to 5th October, 2008 at Yadavindra Gardens, Pinjore (Kalka),
near Chandigarh to celebrate the centuries old heritage of the
Mughal Gardens. Sealed Expression of
Interest (EOI)/Tenders are invited on prescribed format, by quoting the
rates item wise as well as total for that job, in respect of the following
:-.
I HIRING OF FOLLOWING SERVICES/JOBS

Tentage, linen,
crockery, cutlery, bedding & food preparation for staff etc

Light & Illumination
items.

Decoration with
Flowers arrangements
-
Stage Light and Sound
System & PA System.

Announcer, Compere
and Hindi Typist.

Walkie-Talkie sets
with booster Tower.
-
Cabs/Taxies etc...
-
Staff for private
Security Services.
-
Staff for Cleanliness
works.
-
Computers, Printer,
FAX, Photocopier for Media Centre.

Preparation of Video
films.
-
Day Performers.

SPONSORSHIPS
Corporate houses, Banks, Firms and Institutions etc to apply for
the sponsorship of the festival. Coverage would be allowed on the printing
of Entry tickets, Posters, Hand bills, Stickers, Back-drop of the stage
for cultural programs and putting up of banners and flags etc in and
outside the Garden at strategic locations.
The EOI/Tender documents containing necessary details about all items
mentioned above can be obtained free of cost either from Chandigarh
office or from Pinjore Gardens during usual working hours.
Interested parties may visit Pinjore
Garden to see the site and may meet the Add. Divisional Manager, Pinjore
(Mobile 094661-12686,Tel-01733-231877/230759) for any clarifications . The
sealed EOI/Tender be sent for any or all of the jobs mentioned above. The
tender must be accompanied with the Earnest Money of Rs. 10,000/- ( Rs
2500/- in respect of job at Sr. No. 10 above) for each job in form of DD
for every item mentioned above and be sent to the Managing Director,
Haryana Tourism Corporation, SCO 17-19,Sector 17/B,Chandigarh-160017 on or
before 3.00 p.m. of 15th September,2008 in an envelope
superscribed a “ EOI/Tender for 3rd Pinjore Heritage”. The
offers will be opened the same day at 3.15 p.m. in the presence of the
parties or their authorized representatives, who may like to be present.
Conditional tenders/EOI will not be entertained.
The management reserves the right to reject any or all offers without
assigning any reason thereof.
