Inviting ‘Expression of Interest’
Application are invited
from the reputed companies having a minimum 5 years experience in setting
up/running/management of Howling Alley, Birds Aviary & Herbal Park,
Amusement Park & Go-carting etc. (it may include Food Court) at Deen
Bandhu Sir Chottu Ram Memorial Complex at Garhi Sampla (Distt. Rohtak),
on a land approx measuring 2.5 acres & adjoining Water Body, to be made
available on lease basis at the rate to be fixed by competent authority,
for implementation of the project in Public-Private Partnership as per
Haryana Tourism Policy-2008.
The interested applicants
should submit th technical bids in sealed cover to the Director Tourism,
Haryana, SCO 17-18-19, Sector 17-B, Chandigarh-160017 along with earnest
money of Rs. 50,000/- (refundable) by 25.9.2008 (3.00 PM)
and the same will be opened on the same day at 4.00 PM in the presence of
the applicants who may like to be present.
