Haryana Tourism Corporation  intends to  finalize  rate contracts   of  following items for the  year 2008-09 i.e. from 1.4..2008 to 31.3.2009,  with the manufacturing firms/authorized distributors/stockiest for  use  in  its various Tourist Complexes  located in the State of Haryana as per details given in the Tender Document.

CATEGORY "A"   
Bone China crockery, Cutlery/ Utensils, Chaffing Dishes, Glassware, Pillows, Blankets, Mattresses, Paper Napkins.
NOTE: - Firms may see the samples of above items lying in the office of HTC at Chandigarh or at our Delhi Office before quoting their rates.

CATEGORY "B"   
Bottle Coolers, Deep Freezer

The tender document containing details of above items, specifications, terms and conditions may please be obtained from the office of the Managing Director, Haryana Tourism Corporation Ltd., S.C.O. No.17-18-19, Sector 17- B, Chandigarh, Phone 2702955-56-57 or from the Haryana Tourist Information Bureau, 36-Janpath, Chanderlok Building, New Delhi (Phone 23324910-11) on any working day. Interested  manufacturing firms/authorized distributors/ stockists   having VAT/Sales Tax/ PAN nos,  may quote their minimum  rates along with details regarding superiority of technology/specifications of their products and  by giving full particulars with make, cost,  VAT/Sales tax, excise duty, octroi charges, F.O.R. destination, delivery period , guarantee period etc. alongwith earnest money of Rs.10,000/- (Rs Ten   thousand only)  for  each item in category “A” or “B” by demand draft in favour of the Managing Director, Haryana Tourism Corporation Ltd., Chandigarh in sealed cover duly super scribed   as “General Purchase Tender for 2008-09", on the envelop.

All manufacturers/ distributors/stockists should also give a brief resume about their company and the facilities available with them for manufacturing of the quoted items.  Their turnover and important firms / hotels to whom they are supplying quoted items should also be mentioned. 

The Tenders will be received in the office of the Managing Director, Haryana Tourism Corporation Ltd, SCO no. 17-18-19, Sector-17-B, Chandigarh (0172-2702955-56-57) on or before 2-30 P.M. on 27.3.2008 which will be opened on the same day at 2.30 P.M. in the presence of tenderers who may be present at that time.  The Managing Director, Haryana Tourism Corporation Ltd. reserves rights to reject all or any of the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.  Tenders which are conditional/ incomplete/ belated/ without earnest money (in form of D.D) will not be entertained.
